To get started, you’ll need a container, such as a storage box. Calculate how much Crystal Shield and water you’ll need based on the square meters:

• 1 kg of Crystal Shield covers approximately 4 m² to 5 m².

For every kilogram of Crystal Shield, add 6 to 7 liters of lukewarm water. Ideally, use water at body temperature.

Crystal Shield is 100% safe and feels pleasant to touch. You can knead the mixture with your bare hands. Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes .

Make sure to mix the material well both before and after the resting period. This ensures that Crystal Shield’s cellulose structure absorbs all the water to develop its unique properties.

If you prefer not to knead by hand, you can also use a mixer.

Now the fun begins! Take your trowel and start at the edge of the area you want to cover. It’s best to begin in the corners.

Hold the trowel at a 5-degree angle to the wall to make the application easier. Try to maintain this angle as you work.

We recommend a minimum thickness of 2 to 3 mm, but you can apply a thicker layer to enhance Crystal Shield's thermal and sound insulation properties.
