To remove Crystal Shield, the first thing you need is lukewarm water. Grab a spray bottle and generously spray the entire surface until Crystal Shield softens. Make sure to evenly moisten the wall so the water can penetrate well. This will make the material much easier to scrape off.
Allow the water to absorb into Crystal Shield for approximately 10 minutes. This will help soften the material, making it easier to remove.
After 10 minutes, use the scraper tool to scrape and remove the softened Crystal Shield from the wall.
Continue scraping until all of the plaster has been removed from the wall surface.
